1About these terms

Palayn is run by its founders ("Palayn", "we", "us"). These terms apply to the website at palayn.com, the Palayn waitlist and our contact form. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The Palayn app is not covered by these terms. It will have its own terms of service when it launches.

2Who can use the site

You must be at least 16 years old to join the waitlist or send us a message. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or guardian is happy for you to do so.

3The waitlist

• Joining the waitlist is free. You give us your email address, and we use it as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Joining doesn't create a Palayn account or give you access to the app.
• We may open early access in stages. Joining early doesn't guarantee a particular access date.
• You can leave the waitlist at any time by unsubscribing or emailing contact@palayn.com.

4No promise of a launch date or features

We're working hard to launch Palayn soon, but plans change. We can't guarantee when the app will launch, in which countries or for which universities it will be available first, or that it will have every feature described on this website. Features may be added, changed or removed before or after launch.

5Using the site fairly

Please don't:

• sign up someone else's email address without their permission, or submit false information;
• send spam, abusive messages or malicious content through our forms;
• scrape, copy or harvest the site in bulk with automated tools;
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the services behind it;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

We may remove sign-ups or ignore messages that break these rules.

6Our name, brand and content

The Palayn name, logo, design and the content of this website belong to Palayn. You're welcome to share links to the site and to quote short extracts with credit. Please don't copy the site, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.

7Your ideas and feedback

We love hearing ideas. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you agree that we can use them to improve Palayn without owing you anything for them.

8Links to other websites

The site links to other websites, such as our social media pages. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

9Disclaimers

We provide this website and the waitlist "as is". We try to keep everything accurate and available, but we can't promise the site will always be online, error-free or up to date.

Articles and guides on this site are general information for students. They aren't legal, immigration, financial or other professional advice, so always check official sources for decisions that matter.

10Limits on our liability

The website and waitlist are free. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, or for losses caused by the site being unavailable, by launch delays, or by relying on general information on the site.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Palayn develops. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after an update, the new terms apply.
